Who we are

Vibes Media Agency is a Meta Ads and Google Ads agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal information we collect through vibesmediaagency.net, by email and on our social media pages, and how we use it. What we collect

• Contact form. When you send the form on this site we receive your name, email address, phone number, business name, website and message. The form is processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, and sent to our business inbox.
• Emails. When you email us, or reply to an email from us, we keep the messages and your contact details in our business inbox (Microsoft 365).
• Business contact details. We may contact businesses about our services using contact details the business has published, for example on its website or business listing. Every such email tells you how to stop further emails.
• Website visits. This site uses the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure visits and the results of our own ads. Meta and Google may set cookies and receive information such as the pages you view, your browser, your device and your IP address, under Meta's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy. If you choose the Arabic language option, the page is translated by Google Translate, and Google receives the page content and technical information about your visit.
• Social media. We publish posts to our own Facebook page and Instagram account using Meta's official tools. If you comment on or message our pages, we see what you share there. We do not collect information from your own accounts.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a free audit or proposal you asked for.
• To provide our services if you become a client, including managing ad accounts you give us access to.
• To contact businesses about our services, and to respect requests to stop.
• To measure and improve our website and our own advertising.

We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers that run our business, and only as far as they need it: Netlify (website hosting and forms), Microsoft (email), Meta (the Meta Pixel and our social media pages) and Google (Analytics and translation). We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and emails for as long as we need them to deal with your request or our working relationship, and then delete them. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep a record of your email address only so that we do not contact you again.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing contact@vibesmediaagency.net. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, manage how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram settings, and stop Google Analytics from measuring your visits with Google's opt-out add-on.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date below.
